Continue Readingเรื่องของอาคารป่วยยังขาดเนื้อหาบางประการ อาทิตย์นี้ ผมจึงขอขยายความต่อ ในส่วนของสาเหตุที่ทำให้อาคารป่วยอันเป็นผลเนื่องมาจาก ภายในอาคาร ซึ่งประกอบด้วย 1. เกิดจากความไม่พิถีพิถันในการก่อสร้าง ผลพวงจากการก่อสร้าง ที่ทำแบบสุกเอาเผากิน รีบๆทำให้เสร็จๆรับเงินแล้วก็ปัดฝุ่นจากไป ก่อสร้างอย่างไรก็ได้เพราะเจ้าของบ้านไม่รู้ ช่างหลายคนมักจะลักไก่ ขอยกตัวอย่างเช่น ส่วนที่ตาเรามองไม่เห็นช่างมักจะละเลยไม่ทำอะไรในส่วนนั้นเสมอ ถ้าท่านมีเวลาลองเอามือลูบที่ข้างใต้ประตู หรือ ข้างบนประตู เกือบจะร้อยทั้งร้อยที่ ช่างไม้ และช่างสีมักจะแกล้งลืมไม่ทำอะไรเลย เช่นไม่ขัดไสไม้ให้เรียบ หรือไม่ทาสีเลย จากการกระทำของช่าง จึงเป็นสาเหตุทำให้ประตูไม้ พองตัวในช่วงฤดูฝน เปิด ปิดประตูยาก สาเหตุเกิดจาก ความชื้นในบรรยากาศช่วงฤดูฝนค่อยๆซึมผ่านประตู จากข้างใต้ และข้างบนประตูทำให้ประตูพองตัว ถ้าช่างมีสำนึกที่ดีทาสีในส่วนนี้เช่นเดียวกับส่วนอื่น นอกจากจะไม่ก่อให้เกิดการพองต้วของประตูไม้แล้วยังจะทำให้ประตูนั้นได้รับการปกป้องอย่างดี และมีอายุยืนยาว หรือช่างบางคนไม่ทาสีรองพื้นกันสนิมเหล็ก ถ้าเป็นประตูเหล็กก็จะเกิดสนิมทำให้เหล็กค่อยๆผุกร่อนเสียหาย การก่อสร้างอย่างหละหลวมของช่าง เช่นนี้ จึงทำให้เราได้เห็นเหล็กเป็นสนิมตามที่ต่างๆ อยู่เสมอๆ ตามข้อกำหนดช่างสีจะต้องลงสีรองพื้น เวลาทาสีรองพื้นปูนช่างพยายามโน้มน้าวให้เจ้าของอาคารใช้ น้ำยารองพื้นเป็นชนิดสูตรน้ำ (Water base primer) ซึ่งไม่มีกลิ่น และสี เจ้าของบ้านก็ชอบที่ไม่มีกลิ่นรบกวน แต่ช่างกลับเอาน้ำเปล่าทารองพื้นปูนให้เจ้าของบ้านแทน ฯลฯ ทำให้สีที่ทาตามอาคารดูเก่าเร็ว หรือ หลุดร่อน หรือมีราขึ้นตามพื้นผิวคอนกรีตอย่างที่เห็นได้โดยทั่วไปในปัจจุบัน บ่อยครั้งที่ช่างประปาต่อเชื่อมท่อพีวีซี ไม่มีการเตรียมผิวชิ้นงานให้สะอาดปราศจากสิ่งสกปรก หรือคราบน้ำมันแล้วก็ทากาวและติดชิ้นท่อพีวีซีเข้าด้วยกัน ทำให้ในเวลาไม่นานต่อมาท่อรั่ว …
