Continue Readingในที่สุด สะพานแขวนที่ชาวบ้านอำเภอท่าเรือได้ใช้สัญจรทั้งเดินเท้า จักรยาน และ มอเตอร์ไซด้ได้ใช้สัญจรข้ามไปมาระหว่าง 2 ฝั่งลำน้ำ บริเวณวัดสะตือพุทธไสยาสน์บ้านท่างาม หมู่ 6 ต.ท่าหลวง อ.ท่าเรือ จ.พระนครศรีอยุธยา ลวดสลิงขาดและได้พังครืนลงมา ผลคือ 5 ชีวิต และ มากกว่า 45 คน บาดเจ็บ จากการไม่ใส่ใจของเจ้าหน้าที่ผู้เกี่ยวข้อง ไม่ดูแลรักษา ให้สะพานแขวนอยู่ในสภาพที่ใช้งานได้ และให้มีความปลอดภัยต่อผู้มาใช้งาน นี่เป็นเพียง หนึ่งตัวอย่างของสาธารณูปโภคของบ้านเรา ยังไม่ได้กล่าวถึงเรื่องที่นั่งรถเมล์อยู่ดีๆ แล้วก็มีระเบิดดังขึ้น หรือ ยืนรอเรือรับจ้างอยู่ดีๆ ตนขับเรือเร็วมากแข็งขันกันทำให้น้ำซัด อย่างกับสึนามิ ซัดเอาสาวๆที่ใส่รองเท้าไม่ดี พลัดล้มลงตรงนั้นเปียกโซกจากน้ำในคลองแสนแสบนั้นเลย หรืออุบัติเหตุจากการใช้รถใช้ถนนอันเนื่องมาจาก การออกแบบผิดพลาดของผู้เกี่ยวข้อง จนเป็นเหตุให้สาธารณะชนเกิดอันตรายขึ้นได้ ฯลฯ การที่หละหลวมให้ผู้รับเหมา เอาลวดสลึง ที่ไม่ได้มาตรฐานใส่แทนที่ลวดสลึงเดิมที่ถูกเปลี่ยนออกไป เมื่อไม่นานมานี้ เราก็ได้แค่คิดไปเองว่า การที่ผู้รับเหมากล้าใช้สายสลึง ที่มีมาตรฐานต่ำขนาดนั้นได้เป็นเพราะ ??????? ก็รู้อยู่ คนที่ทำอย่างนี้ สามารถมีความเป็นอยู่อย่างสุขกายสบายใจได้ไหมหนอ เงินกำไรที่ได้จะทำให้เขาสู้หน้ากับผู้ที่สูญเสียได้อย่างไร อย่างไรก็ตามรัฐ ควรที่จะต้องมีมาตรฐการที่ดี มีคุณธรรมในการจัดการ อย่าให้ไฟลามทุ่ง เดี๋ยวก็ลืมอีก ในหลายประเทศเขาก็มีสะพานแขวนที่สร้างมานานมาก แต่เขาก็ดูแลอย่างดี มีระบบการตรวจสอบอย่างสม่ำเสมอ …
