The general school master plan concept draws from:

• The original Thai village planning principles which are based on the radial or grid planning that enable the growth of the village in a harmonious and organic way.
• The Learning Resource Centre is centralised and accessible from all sides as was a temple.
• Green open spaces are all home gardens which encourage the production and consumption of micronutrient-rich fruits and leafy green vegetables.
