Re-conceptualize the current seasonal Italian restaurant to offer a variety of culinary experiences including a hip riverside “Tapas” bar & lounge, al fresco dining in a garden setting next to an open kitchen, and an indoor airconditioned Chef’s table space.

Create three dining experiences that represents the very best Italian concept in Asia:

1. Exclusive Chef’s table dining experience accompanied with fine Italian Wines
2. Alfresco dining in the garden using the best of Italian produce; simply prepared and presented.
3. Ciao restaurant and authors wing slightly more formal dining experience in a dramatic environment using the same menu as the garden and the general restaurant direction.
