An office that is flexible to accommodate 500 permanent staff members but able to accommodate a recurring monthly 5000-person townhall for meetings and trainings.

The solution was sweeping communal spaces that could double as workspaces for people who work in and out of the office. Meeting rooms with access points that are multipurpose (training, seminars, workstations). The canteen can double up as workshops and for informal meetings.

Green sustainable features include careful selection of materials, building orientation, and optimization of façade glazing to create a comfortable work environment for the users and reduce the building footprint.
