The Dawei deep-sea port and special economic zone is a project in Myanmar.

It aims to transform Dawei into Myanmar’s and Southeast Asia’s largest industrial and trade zone. It aims to develop local businesses, provide local employment opportunities, and stimulate the construction of infrastructure.

We provided master planning expert advice design audits to Italian-Thai on the master planning of Dawei Industrial Estate Myanmar, a new major logistic and trading hub on a 250 sq.km site. The master planning was a major undertaking in balancing the need for industry, township needs and environmental concerns.
